As a lower limb amputee, living in the tropics, with an osseointegration prosthesis, I develooed a pseudomonas infection and, I suspected, the presence of a biofilm on my SPS. After two years of continuous antibiotic use, the antibiotics were keeping it under control, but not curing it.
Unfortunately long-term use of antibiotics took a large toll on my kidneys and gut health, which, I understood, drives a healthy immune system. Several times a day, I would feel very nauseous from the chronic use of the antibiotics, and I still had many infected sores, and deeper infection growing. The Doctor was very concerned it would reach the bone.
Before Treatment
While maintaining my antibiotics, I used the Panakea Antiseptic Cream, as recommended, and 2 months later I was clear of all infection.
Day 30 6 months later
At my next appointment with my Infectious Diseases specialist I showed Doctor the results.
After blood tests I was given the all clear inside and out of all infection, at which point I stopped the Antibiotics. I started building my own house and joined the SES.
Over a year later, with use of the Antiseptic Cream ,my tissue infection is managed, but unfortunately, it was recently discovered, that the long period when it was infected ,meant it had reached my bone. As nothing can reach the gap between the bone and metal implant, an operation is now required.

I am retired for 10 yrs. I had an operation on my left foot in October 2023 to remove a large ganglion from the instep area. The surgery was successful but I contracted an infection in the hospital. The infection was later diagnosed as Staphylococcus Aureus.
After 3 months of oral antibiotics the infection had only gotten worse.The entire foot was red and swollen and oozing infection from every pore. I feared the infection entering my bones and possible amputation. These fears were shared by my orthopaedic surgeon who readmitted me to hospital and reopened my foot to clean out the infection, debriding, twice over three days.
The infection, however, came back. For the next four months I had almost continuous antibiotics both oral and, and with another hospital stint, intravenously. The foot continued to leak infection from several spots and swell up if I tried to wear shoes.

Then in June I was introduced to Sian Dalua who recommended using Panakea Antiseptic Cream. I also ceased taking the oral antibiotics against my doctor’s advice. The change was almost immediate. Within 24 hours it was obvious the cream was having an effect.
It took time but the improvement was exponential. At the end of the month it was at least 50% better. It had reduced swelling and was venting much less. My specialist was surprised but told me to keep doing whatever I was doing. I was able to return to playing golf and walking. Over the next month it continued to improve until I had only about 5% of original infection and was only venting from a single point.
I visited my specialist again who was a little nonplussed by the improvement especially since I had had no antibiotics for more than two months. He wanted the name of the cream and told me to keep going and he’d see me in two months.
Eventually I got to the point where the foot was probably only about 1% infected. Sian recommended a final course of antibiotics to deal with the last of it as she suspected it was in a place the cream couldn’t get to. The specialist concurred and after 4 days in hospital on intravenous antibiotics the foot was finally cured and infection has not reoccurred.

I would not hesitate in recommending the wonderful cream for post operative infections. It was nearly 12 months of hell and without Sian’s intervention and her miraculous Panakea Antiseptic Cream I don’t know where I would be.
