Uses Breathe Easy

 

Breathe Easy is designed for inhalation only.

 

How to Use

 

1. Diffuser

 

       ·     

Dosage: 5 drops in a medium diffuser.

 

  Applications: Use at night next to your bed, in a living area, workplace or open area during the day.

 

2. Steam Inhalation

 

 

 

·      Dosage: 2-5 drops in a small bowl of boiled water

 

·      Directions: Wait until the steam is not intense, a few minutes, before inhaling.

 

·      Duration: for 5 – 10 minutes.

 

·      Frequency: 1-2 times a day, depending on severity of infection.

 

 

Medical Nebuliser

 

 

 

Essential oils can be used in a nebuliser at the correct dosage to provide therapeutic benefits.

 

·      Dosage: 1-2 drops in 5ml saline medical solution.  

   

·      Duration: minimum 6 minutes, maximum 10 minutes

 

·      Frequency: Two times a day                

 

If you are going to use essential oils in a medical grade nebulizer, try to get a reusable nebulizer set, as some essential oils might melt disposable nebuliser plastic over time. Metallic mesh is more effective. There are restrictions with both aromatherapy nebulizers and medical nebulizers.

 

Bench Top Spray

Formula

     

        To naturally disinfect surfaces you can make a bench top spray. 

 

        1. Add 200ml water to 100ml of cleaning vinegar.

 

        2. Add 10 drops washing up liquid and 20 drops Breathe Easy.

        3.Mix and spray away.

 

·                   Amputees can also use this blend to sterilise the prosthetic attachments and medical              equipment.
